Meet Kylie, a graduate of our RTO program, captured with a radiant smile.

I am really appreciative to Carers QLD. By enrolling into a Individual Support Disability I was able to secure a permanent position during my work placement. Carers QLD are really supportive and persistent in making sure I completed my course. At times, I was struggling but I managed to complete the course with their help. All the trainers and my work placement officer were very helpful. I recommend Carers QLD for anyone looking for a great RTO to do their course.

Meet Sue, a SQW graduate

The SQW course has been beneficial as I learned many new things, like advocating for myself and others. I discovered organisations doing good things, which is so encouraging when so much of the news is sad. I've learned about inclusion, acceptance, patience, and empowerment. Asking for help, making friends, and accepting others while striving for improvement are valuable lessons. I've found the people who supported me awesome.

Meet Paul, the proud graduate of our SQW program, captured in a delightful backyard snapshot.

Certificate 3 in Disability is a great course and has helped me with employment and understanding my family member who has a disability. Annette is a wonderful lecturer and very supportive. Trudy and Hang are also very supportive in the administration area and understand the difficulties of studying/working and supporting a person with a disability. Highly recommend this course.

Meet Colleen, a RTO graduate

There were challenges in completing this course, however, the Carers Queensland staff I dealt with have always been supportive and encouraging. Now I have a whole lot of new and interesting knowledge and experience to achieve some of my life goals going forward. Thank you all for giving me the opportunity I thought I would never have. I followed one of my passions in a new way, which is caring for those who are vulnerable, by being accepted not only by Carers Queensland but professional providers in the industry, especially related to the rights of persons with disability.

I am profoundly grateful to Carers Queensland, John Fu, Hang Le, and the team for their unwavering support, compassion, and dedication. Thanks to them, I have acquired new skills, knowledge and confidence to step back into the workforce while fulfilling my responsibilities as a carer. Carers Queensland is a shining example of what dedicated and caring individuals can achieve in making the lives of carers better. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation – they are a beacon of hope, support, and success.
